It can be hard, if not impossible, to find space inside your home that enables you to make the most of your hobbies and interests. Our clients wished to benefit from a games room but without the need to sacrifice a bedroom or dining area. We delivered a sleek and generously proportioned garden room that provided the required space while elevating the garden rather than detracting from it.

Every garden retreat presents unique challenges that we are always determined to overcome. In Burgess Hill, the primary challenge was to establish the right size of building. We needed to ensure that we created sufficient internal space for a pool table and dart board together with room to comfortably play the games. But, as always, it was important that the building did not overwhelm the garden.

The Kennedy Garden Retreats team worked closely with our client to evolve the ideal size for the building. We also developed ideas for the desired aesthetics including bifold doors with integrated blinds, clean lines and bright, neutral hues. The interior was completed by LED spotlights.
